The deal, in plain words.

Studio is a planning and writing tool for short-form video creators. It helps you plan videos, write hooks and scripts with AI assistance, research niches, and read your analytics.

Studio is built and run by Brayden Ware, working as an individual in the United States. It is under active development, so features can change, improve, or be removed as the product grows.

You sign in either with a Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email address. Studio has no passwords.

That means anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your inbox secure. Keep the details you give us accurate, and create one account per person.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for online services where you live if that is higher.

Studio is free while it is in testing. There is no charge, no subscription, and we do not collect a payment method.

The three sections that follow describe the paid model as it is intended to work. None of it is in effect yet. If paid plans launch, you will be told in the app before anything changes, and nobody is charged without choosing a plan first.

When paid plans launch, new accounts start with a 7-day free trial of the Standard plan. Starting the trial requires choosing a plan and a payment method through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

When the 7 days end, your subscription starts automatically and the store charges the payment method on file for the plan you chose, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. This is how App Store and Play Store subscriptions work: the store, not Studio, holds your payment details and handles the charge.

You can cancel any time during the trial from your App Store or Play Store subscription settings and you will not be charged.

Standard ($9.99/month): daily hook and short-form script writing, analytics reads, and tips.

Gold ($26.99/month): everything in Standard, plus unlimited hooks, the niche research tools, and creator tracking. Some Gold features may be marked "coming soon", which is not a promise of a delivery date.

Daily usage limits exist on generation features to keep the service fast and sustainable. We may tune limits and prices; if a price changes, you will be told in advance through the store and the change takes effect at your next billing period.

Cancel any time in your App Store or Play Store subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Because billing would run through Apple and Google, refunds are handled by them under their policies, not by Studio directly. If you believe you were charged in error, request a refund through the store you subscribed on, and you can always contact us too.

If the trial ends and no subscription starts, writing and research pause, but nothing is deleted right away: everything you made stays readable for a 7-day grace period.

After the grace period, your studio's content (hooks, scripts, videos, research, tasks) is permanently cleared. Deleted content cannot be recovered. Subscribing during the grace period keeps everything exactly as you left it.

This applies only once paid plans launch. Nothing is cleared on a schedule while Studio is free.

Studio's hooks, scripts, tips, and research summaries are generated with AI. They are drafts and suggestions, not facts, and not guarantees. Review anything Studio writes before you publish it, and treat any claim in generated text as unverified until you check it.

Studio does not promise views, growth, or revenue. What you publish on your channels, and its consequences, are your responsibility.

What you make with Studio is yours: your ideas, your hooks, your scripts, your plans. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run the service, for example sending your video idea to our AI provider to write a hook.

We do not sell your content or use it to train models.

You can delete your account and its content from Settings at any time, and get a copy of what you have made by emailing support@trystudios.app.

Studio depends on outside services to work: Anthropic for AI generation and screenshot reading, Resend to email your sign-in code, Google if you choose Google sign-in, the YouTube Data API and Apify for research, and Railway and Cloudflare for hosting and network.

Only the minimum needed for each feature is sent to them, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of YouTube features is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it; no reselling access; no using the generators to produce unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content. We can suspend accounts that do.

Do not request sign-in codes for an address that is not yours.

Studio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It is a tool in active testing run by one person; it can be unavailable, lose work, or change without notice.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. While Studio is free, that amount is zero.

Keep your own copies of work that matters to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute cannot be settled between us directly, it belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Ohio, and we both agree those courts may hear it.

If the consumer-protection laws where you live give you rights this section cannot take away, you keep those rights. Nothing here is meant to strip them.

Talk to us first. Email the address below and most things get sorted without any of the above.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For meaningful changes you will see a notice in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Studio after that means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using Studio and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Studio is an early-stage project and could be discontinued. If that happens, you will be told in the app with enough notice to save your work, and you can ask us for a copy of it.
